Children's Haven is a family operated non-profit child care center located at 2600 S. Sheridan Blvd., Denver, CO 80227 (Phone: 303-980-6620). Children’s Haven accepts services from both CCCAP families and private pay families in Denver, Jefferson and Arapahoe counties, or any other county desiring representation. Located approximately 3 blocks north of the intersection of Sheridan Blvd. and Yale Ave. (see Map ), Children's Haven was established in 1988 and currently operates as a non-profit child care center specializing in the CCCAP (Colorado Child Care Assistance Program, a Colorado program that assists low income families) along with a specialized program designed for Teen Parents of all counties allowing them to remain in school while their children receive loving care. We also welcome private pay parents as well. Under one ownership since inception, this location is equipped with a coded keypad security entrance along with a specialized fire alarm system that includes a modern directional escape system; the same system installed at the Children’s Museum.
Children's Haven believes in providing quality child care for infants, toddlers, preschool children, before and after school children as well as a full summer program for all ages. The summer program includes structured programs, interesting field trips and a large play area for children ages 2 through 12 yrs of age.
Children of teen parents are welcome. High priority is given to enrollment of teen parent children enabling those young parents to remain in school (please visit our Teen Parents Page).

Fun and educational summer program. Events include: Trips to the Zoo, the Childrens Museum, Heritage Square childrens theatre and more. Making kool-aid play dough, cotton candy, indoor sand castles and ice cream. Giant Jumping Castle, and water play days on our own playground. And much, much more!

Open Monday thru Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m

Breakfast / Lunch / Afternoon Snack Provided
A healthy breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack is included for toddlers, preschool and before/after school age children. A choice of two formulas and numerous baby foods are provided to all infants in the center unless otherwise stated by the parents.
