Winter Park Hotels
Our Winter Park Hotel accommodates you with the lodge located 1 1/2 miles away from Winter Park Ski Area with a 5 minute walk from downtown Winter Park. We are in fact one of the closest downtown Winter Park lodging to the Winter Park Ski Area. All the free shuttle busses that service downtown come past our hotel on the way up to the mountain. Coming back, we are conveniently in route.
The hotel rooms in the Beaver Village Lodge sleep between one and six people, offering two distinct room categories of the Pine and Aspen.

Winter Park Condos

The Beaver Village Condos are in one of Winter Park's most popular location. The condominiums offer one, two, three, and four bedroom units each with full kitchen, dining, fireplace, outdoor deck/ patio, TV, telephone and some with free in-unit wireless access. The one bedroom condo can sleep four people where a 2 bedroom unit sleeps up to six people. Our Winter Park Condos are across from the lodge in secluded forest settings, just a couple of blocks from the main shopping and restaurant areas. The ski area is just 1 1/2 miles away on the free shuttle route. A central clubhouse contains an indoor swimming pool, hot-tubs, sauna, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Winter Park Reservations
The Beaver Village offers their guests two comfortable ground floor lounges in the Main Lodge, one with a large fireplace and the other with a large screen TV. Visit the James Peak Saloon on the ground floor for après-ski drink specials, pool, music and TV, with regular showings of ski movies. The Main Lodge has two hot-tubs, sauna and coin operated laundry facilities. Our Winter Park ski season hotel/lodge reservations come with complimentary continental breakfast. Guests at our Winter Park hotel are entitled to these services as part of our convenience package.
Our Winter Park Lodging has its own ON-SITE Full Service Ski Shop! The "Beavers Sports Shop" is available for all of our guest's ski/snowboard rental needs.
