Master Pao-Chin Ruseto Huang has been practicing Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Qi-Gong Massage, etc. since the late 1940s. He is a Daoist (Taoist) master, and is familiar with the Daoist philosophies, such as Wu-Ji, Tai-Ji, Yin-Yang, San-Chai, Si-Zhu, Wu-Xing (Five-Element), Liu-Ren, Qi-Xing, Ba-Gua, Jiu-Gong, and Shi-Quan. Based on these Philosophies, in general he is able to figure it out the roots of the patients' illnesses, and then helps them to get well soon.

According to Master Huang's parents, each individual should be a smart author and director of his own lifetime healthcare, meanwhile respects the other healthcare professionals as the part-time actors or actresses for his own helthcare.

Master Huang is a Licensed Acupuncturist in both Colorado and Minnesota. He and his wife, Hui-Yu Huang also founded the Ruseto College of Acupuncture and Chinese in 1992.
