Plum Creek Medical has been serving the community since 1987. It was the first doctor’s office to offer Urgent Care as part of a Family Practice. Originally located behind what is now Safeway in Castle Rock, CO. In 1991 Jack D. England, D.O., FACEP, FACOEP, FAAEP joined the practice, bringing with him 21 years of Emergency Room experience as well as the knowledge he gained by running three Emergency Rooms in Denver, CO. In 1994 the practice was moved to 410 S. Wilcox to accommodate the expanding growth of the community and practice.
The new building was designed with the patient’s best interests in mind. A specialist wing was added so that patients referred to a specialist can receive their services right in the office. Patients have the convenience of on site laboratory, x-ray, state of the art osteoporosis bone scan, cardiac room, cardiac treadmill, as well as occupational medicine/preventative medicine. This full range of services is what makes Plum Creek Medical the obvious choice for complete health care treatment.
