ATTORNEY AT LAW
Mr. Saxton began his law practice in Longmont in 1969. Since then he has endeavored to improve the image of his profession by establishing a firm in which the legal needs of the firms clients are met by highly qualified attorneys in a prompt, courteous and professional manner at reasonable rates.
A primary goal was to develop a firm which handles a wide variety of legal needs while remaining small enough to enable attorney and staff to establish personal relationships with each client. Current areas of practice include:
Attorneys and support staff receive continuing training in their areas of expertise. The firm actively seeks ways to better serve clients through advances in technology, but also recognizes that technology is only a tool. The primary focus of our practice is on our clients and a clients individual access to his attorney is a high priority.
Mr. Saxton offers Boulder, Larimer and Weld County residents and businesses quality legal services by combining state-of-the-art technology, recognized experience in each area of practice and an intimate knowledge of the local political and legal environment.
LONGMONT AND BOULDER COUNTY
Mr. Saxton served on the Board of Trustees of the Boulder County Bar Association. He was a founding member of the Boulder County Bar Association's Professionalism Committee and served on the committee for 15 years.
Mr. Saxton was highly involved in the Longmont Community. He served on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Longmont Theatre Company and the Longmont Symphony. He was President of the Board of Directors of the Longmont Downtown Development Authority. He is also a 25 year member of Kiwanis having served in every office in the organization.
ESTES PARK AND LARIMER COUNTY
Mr. Saxton has carried over his community involvement into Estes Park where he makes his home and has recently opened a satellite office. In Estes Park, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors of the Cultural Arts Council.
