Welcome to Pikes Peak Nephrology Associates, PC. Pikes Peak Nephrology Associates, PC (PPNA) has been providing caring, compassionate renal care to southern Colorado patients for more than thirty years.
All of PPNA's nephrologists are certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Board Certification means that our physicians have had at least three years' training in Internal Medicine with additional sub-specialty training in Nephrology. Board Certified Nephrologists must pass two rigorous certifying examinations given by the American Board of Internal Medicine--one in Internal Medicine and the other in the Internal Medicine sub-specialty, Nephrology.
At PPNA, our Provider Staff specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of high blood pressure, anemia, and kidney disease. Our care and oversight extends to patients undergoing in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis and home peritoneal dialysis. We are also actively involved in the preparation for and treatment of patients with kidney transplants.
We are committed to a team approach involving the patient, the patient's primary care provider, our team of providers, and our clinical and administrative support staff.
