Our gourmet breakfast is served at Rockledge Country Inn for all guests of Red Crags Estates. We can work around your special dietary breakfast needs if we are advised at the time your reservation is made. Our guest rooms all have king size beds, fireplaces, and private baths.
Manitou Springs, Colorado is located at the foot of Pikes Peak, and was envisioned and developed as a thoracic community which offered a collection of mineral springs along with a spectacular setting to serve early explorers and travelers. Historical features in the area are the Garden of the Gods, Engelmann Canyon, the original Ute Trail, the historic Barr Trail (which climbs to the summit of Pikes Peak), and several natural limestone caverns, the most famous of which is the Cave of the Winds.The second oldest marathon run in the country, the Pikes Peak Marathon, is held each August.
Architect, builder and coppersmith Roland Boutwell, an Englishman, built the Craftwood Shops and the Onaledge estate in 1912. Both properties are examples of the Arts & Crafts movement, which emphasized simplicity and craftsmanship with high design standards in all architectural details.
