For over twenty-five years, ExpressCare Plus has been dedicated to providing quality health care to Colorado Springs residents. We are a privately owned medical clinic with a friendly staff and a professional atmosphere. Our services include Family Practice, Urgent Care (minor emergencies), Workman's Compensation, Motor Vehicle Injury cases, and Immigration Physicals. Our warm, comfortable urgent care medical center is centrally located in Colorado Springs, and it is less costly than an Emergency Room (ER) visit. Laboratory and X-Ray services are located onsite for your convenience. In addition, Eastside Express Pharmacy is located in the same building for your prescription medicine needs.

Since illness and injury are not on a schedule, we welcome walk-ins to our urgent care clinic daily. Appointments can be scheduled weekdays though and are appreciated.

For your convenience, we offer a number of additional services on our urgent care premises such as:

Clinical Research Department
Specialist appointments including...opthamology, orthopedics, podiatry, physical medicine,and physical therapy.

*Medicare patients are welcome. We do not accept assignment with Medicare. Patients will be charged Medicare prices at time of service and we will file with Medicare for your reimbursement.
