Prior to 1995, the company’s designation was Cookey’s Plumbing and Heating, founded March 1st 1983. The firm’s primary areas of focus include; Large commercial and industrial mechanical installations, residential, condominium, townhouse and high end mountain residential mechanical design-build installations. H.V.A.C. and plumbing mechanical service.
COOKEY’S MECHANICAL, INC. Has successfully completed projects throughout western Colorado. Our mechanical installations with subcontractors; have price ranges from several hundred dollars to several million dollars. Key completed projects include; Pitkin County Court House in Aspen, CO at $1.8 million, Pitkin County Airport in Aspen, CO at $8 hundred thousand, Pitkin County Health and Human Services in Aspen, CO at $1.0 million. Total project cost: $3.6 million; The three projects and all building facilities (mechanical and electrical) management are controlled from one location.
