It was Stewarts 12th top-12 finish in 20 career Sprint Cup starts at Texas.
Ryan Newman, driver of the No. 39 Tornados Chevrolet Impala for SHR, finished 20th.

TALLADEGA, Ala. (October 31, 2010) Ryan Newman, driver of the No. 39 U.S. Army Chevrolet Impala, led the two-car Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR) contingent at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway by finishing 22nd in Sundays AMP Energy Juice 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race.
