My smaller area enables me to know more about this area down to small local details as I live where I work. This makes me compliant with new FNMA guidelines about geographic and property type competency. With over eighteen years in the appraisal business, I have earned a reputation of reliable, accurate, knowledgable and professional service which I am proud of. I do not use trainees to do the work rapid fast, I do all of the work myself and have a higher quality and more reliable appraisal.
The service areas that I specialize in is a small area that includeds the mountain areas of Estes Park, Allenspark, Drake, Glen Haven, Lyons, and Pinewood Springs and surrounding areas. Other appraisal companies serve much larger areas, by me only doing a small area I am an expert in this area I service. We will also appraise vacant land as well as modular or manufactured homes on land. I specialize in appraising log homes and other types of custom mountain homes. Any residential property can be appraised. I specialize in appraising to assist the home owner in establishing a realistic sales price.
