Galbraith Builders is a leading custom home builder located in Durango, Colorado. We have over 35 years of experience providing complete design and turn-key construction of high quality custom homes. The majority of our projects are design/build, although we are happy to work with outside designers or architects.

We focus on energy-efficient, built green construction – our projects exceed Built Green Colorado and Energy Star standards. As a green-certified builder, we build homes that use less energy, utilize sustainable materials and technologies, and are healthier and more comfortable for occupants.

Galbraith Builders has extensive experience designing and building homes in a wide range of architectural styles. We pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail; each home that we build is unique. Because we are careful not to take on too many projects per year, our clients benefit from a responsive, hands-on management approach.
