Welcome To Apex Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

We are a nonoperative sports medicine clinic. Our target population is active athletic individuals suffering from musculoskeletal injuries which prevent them from resuming their normal activities. We provide the following services for our patients with the intention of improving their functional level and optimizing their ability to resume participation in their active lifestyle:

Comprehensive function-based physician evaluations
The time needed for an explanation of your medical condition
Fully integrated referral network
Comprehensive on-site radiologic imaging including plain films, CT, MRI and diagnostic ultrasound

Conscious sedation if needed
Radiologic injection guidance using fluoroscopy, CT and/or ultrasound
Conventional injections including trigger point, joint (all major joints), Botox injections (for spasticity and pain) and nerve blocks
Conventional spine injections including cervical/thoracic/lumbar/sacral medial branch and facet blocks as well as epidural steroid injections
Regenerative injection therapy with platelet rich plasma (PRP).
