It all begins with accurate measuring of the components for your project and combining the measurements with the materials that you’re interested in having quoted. Remodeling projects are quoted and sold by the sq. ft., you don’t want to pay too much do you? B&R Exteriors is also an “Independent Insurance Restoration Contractor”. We are experts at quickly estimating and repairing damages from storms, fires and floods. Our estimators are thoroughly trained in the use of professional insurance damage estimating software (Xactimate) and we have emergency services available. B&R Exteriors can direct bill your insurance company for approved repairs. Less stress and quicker repairs are the result of using our “Insurance Proceeds Assignment Proposal” authorizing us to work directly with your insurance company.

Your insurance company wants you to receive a fair and equitable settlement and knows that their adjusters may not always be perfect. B&R Exteriors will prepare your own professional estimate with Xactimate and include whatever you feel your insurance company may have accidentally omitted in their original estimate.
