Helping clients to make well informed career decisions is the focus of these individualized services. They are solution oriented and target practical applications. The work is done on a session by session basis and can include career counseling, assessment and coaching.

Career Assessment includes but is not limited to testing for interests, skills, values, personality, style, occupational stressors and preferred work environment. This helps clients make informed decisions regarding specific careers, work settings and career paths. It is very useful for clients who are trying to decide on whether to change careers or look for a different position within their field, as well as for clients facing layoffs or other work transitions. Clients who are trying to improve their performance also find that assessment combined with coaching improves their ability to meet their goals. Usually, the assessment process takes four to five sessions.

Dr. Hofmann's extensive knowledge of test interpretation, background in psychology and many years of experience as a career counselor and psychologist assures that you will receive meaningful information about yourself and be able to understand the important factors for you in making good career choices.

$120 per 50 minute session.
$125 All inclusive testing fee for a battery of individually chosen assessment instruments.
$130 per hour for phone consultations, which may be scheduled in 15 minute increments.
