The award-winning Dillon Dam Brewery is one of the largest Brew-Pubs in the nation and one of the finest family restaurants in Summit County, Colorado.
We serve hand-crafted ales, lagers and rootbeer and we brew about 2,000 barrels per year. This makes us the 31st largest Brew-Pub in the nation (out of nearly 1,000). That's a lot of Dam Beer™.
We are an American-style restaurant serving lunch, dinner, and a kids menu. We serve the families of and visitors to Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain.
We are also an easy stop-off for those traveling west to Vail, Steamboat Springs and Aspen or east to Denver. In fact we are a great stop for anyone traveling I-70.
The Dam Brewery has a passion for good food, good beer and good service. This fuels our need for Dam Good Fun, and allows us to provide our customers a Dam great experience.

The Dillon Dam Brewery opened in February 1997 and is now one of five brew-pubs operating in Summit County, Colorado. In fact, Summit County can boast that it has one of the highest amounts of beer brewed per capita in the U.S. From the day the Dam Brewery opened the doors to the 200-seat restaurant, it has been a popular place for local residents and visitors.
We have won numerous awards for our hand-crafted ales and lagers. Our Gold Medal at the 2008 Great American Beer Festival for our Sweet George's Brown Ale, our Silver Medal at the 2008 World Beer Cup for our Sweet George's Brown and our Bronze Medal at the 2004 Great American Beer Festival for our Extra Pale Ale are the awards of which we are most proud.
The Dillon Dam Brewery is a member of the Association of Brewers (look for our special pub discount program for American Homebrewers Association members!), the North Amercian Brewers Association, and the Colorado Brewers Guild.
