Head Chef Mr. Eric Berg says, "I generally like to use organic when available, free-range, wild and all natural meats and poultry, and fresh produce and products is preferred—not frozen. All of this delivers the best tasting food for you. Your food is made to order – I don't make huge batches ahead of time and freeze it. That way it tastes the best for you!"
