We will set up a time that is convenient for you to have us come out and meet with you. We will review your property, take appropriate measurements, and discuss options for your fence. We will then prepare a proposal in our office and provide it to you in writing.
We have a photo collection showing various fence styles. We can provide addresses of particular styles of fences we have installed if you want to go look at them. If you have seen a fence that you like the look of, let us know where it is and we can look at it.
We work with you to provide a thorough understanding of the fence project. We believe in treating our customers with a high level of respect and appreciation.

Scheduling the Job
When you want to schedule your fence project, simply call us and we will schedule the dates for the work to take place. You can sign the proposal form and mail, email, or fax it back to us. Our lead time varies during the year and depending on weather. We do install fences year-round.
We will discuss the estimated time for installation. Depending upon the size and complexity of the project, we will typically get the posts set first. Then we will return in one or two days for prompt and efficient completion of the fence.
Normally, we will collect a down payment of 40% when the posts are set, with the balance due upon completion. In an effort to control costs, we do not accept credit cards.
We will call for buried utility cables to be located and obtain any necessary permits prior to starting work.
