Welcome to Beauty by Design, with Kathy Rossmann, RN, where beauty is more than skin deep. Kathy specializes in the art of permanent make-up, specifically: permanent eyebrows, eyeliner, lipliner and full lip color, scar camouflage, areolar repigmentation, and color correction. She has been providing permanent make-up since 1993 in Grand Junction, Colorado, servicing clients from all over Colorado and Utah including the Western Slope, Vail, Durango, Montrose, Aspen, Steamboat Springs, and Moab. Kathy was Board Certified by the American Academy of Micropigmentation in 1994. Over the past 16 years she has provided permanent make-up for over 5000 women.
All permanent make-up procedures are provided in a safe, hygienic, and professional atmosphere to make clients as comfortable as possible.
