The source of affordable apartments and homes for working families, seniors and people with disabilities serving Boulder and Adams County.Thistle is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 organization, dedicated to providing permanently affordable rentals and home ownership since 1989.

We offer the following programs:

Quality Rentals: We rent 784 apartments in Boulder, Longmont and Northglenn, Colorado to
income-qualified individuals and families.

Home Ownership Program: Thistle’s home ownership experts help you buy a home, with
a safe mortgage and in your price range. Our Community Land Trust includes over 225 ownership
homes for home buyers with low to moderate incomes.

Real Estate Development: The Thistle development team specializes in affordable, built-green
projects. We’ve won national recognition for our flagship development Blue Vista and have other projects in the works. See www.mybluevista.com
