Under the Umbrella is located in the heart of the Congress Park Neighborhood. We specialize in fresh baked goods such as cinnamon rolls, lemon bars, cakes, pies, muffins, filled croissants, and cookies. We have a full menu of breakfast sandwiches and burritos, lunch sandwiches (hot and cold), soup, salads, hummus plate, and quiche. Everything is prepared in house to guarantee freshness. We have free WI-FI available. We serve Pablo's Coffee, a local roaster in the Denver area, spicy Bhakti Chai from Boulder, and Sterling loose leaf teas. We offer catering and large order delivery. Special orders are accepted.
