Recently we have had customers bring up in discussion various BBB complaints and/or a few negative internet reviews and we as company would like to address these concerns up front, weve got nothing to hide from. What we would like customers to realize or appreciate is that the 15 complaints/reviews we have received represent the culmination of all the complaints for last four years of business, +/-.003% of our business. And in that time we have roofed over 4500+ Residential homes and countless commercial projects. It is also important to point out that these complaints have all been resolved.
We are aware of the many concerns that come along with the purchase of a new roof, and the general mistrust of the contractor genre. We are not perfect, and our record indicates this, but what it also indicates is that for the vast majority of our customers we have provided the service we proposed.
