Mr. Marcin has assembled a staff of highly trained professionals that work together to deliver creative yet practical solutions tailored to the specific circumstances of each project. The Marcin team members have worked together extensively for over a decade on general civil and land development construction projects. Each team member brings his own varied experience background to the company forming a multi-disciplined group with a broad knowledge of civil engineering, land surveying, land planning and construction management.

With that in mind, an environment of positive and effective idea exchange is maintained with our clients, contractors, associates, and within our own office. Over the course of a project we are focused on frequent client meetings, clear and concise project plans and specifications, a fair and competitive contract bidding environment, and an effective three-way relationship between Owner, Contractor and Engineer during construction.
Marcin Engineering LLC is equipped with state of the art technology in field data collection and office automation. We run a fully automated office with top of the line, high speed computer systems and cutting edge software including AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009 for engineering design, land survey, and plan production. Our field surveying equipment includes robotic Geodimeters, Pentax Total Stations and Lieca GPS receivers, all with automated data collection and field staking features.
