Here in Colorado, as well as throughout the United States, Medicare certified skilled home health and hospice agencies are typically owned and managed independently of one another. Medical Services must be authorized and ordered by your physician. Medical Services can be requested by the patient, the physician, hospital case managers, family members, friends and/or neighbors. Most Private Services require no physician authorization and can be requested by any and all of the above Call to have a no obligation consultation with a Nurse or Social Worker, so that you may explore all avenues available to you and your family.
