About Our Practice

Conifer Veterinary Hospital is a companion animal practice dedicated to the welfare of animals in the intermountain community. Founded in 1975, we provide the most up-to-date veterinary care and preventive medicine for canine and feline patients.

Conifer Veterinary Hospital provides advanced medical and surgical care for many complex illnesses utilizing onsite specialty services, and when needed, referral to Denver.

Everything from our laboratory, surgical facilities, nursing care and medical record keeping are evaluated. We maintain these standards every day year-in and year-out.
