If you want a service technician to troubleshoot the problem, please do not turn it off or unplug it from the power, unless you smell smoke or sense a dangerous situation. Leave it plugged in and in the normal operating mode. If you've turned it off or unplugged it, please be sure it is turned back on at least 8 hours prior to a service technician arriving to fix the problem.
