1. Offer a guarantee quote at a competitive price.Customers no need to shop around for a better price forDenver AirportTransportation. Our DIAShuttle & DIALimousine Service, will offer the most current competitive price. We will beat or match a competitors published price based on the value of the trip distance and 2007-2008 vehicle used. We also guarantee the quote offered is a flat rate with no hidden fees that includes luggage assistance, taxes, and parking.
2. On time reliable Limo & Shuttle service with consistencyTo help promote on-time passenger pick up to and from the Denver International Airport our Staff will track all DIAairline flights for early and late arrivals to insure reliable service. All vehicles will be equipped with a GPS navigation system. Our Chauffeur staff is trained and required to use the time of arrival function on the GPS in each vehicle, to and from all destination.
3.Direct Non-stop Door to Door Limo & Shuttle service Chauffeurs will provide direct door to door service from the curb side of any following destination Airport, Hotel, Office, or Residential Home. Customer First Limousine and Shuttle Service is committed in providing non-stop DIA transportation to any destination in the Colorado region in a prompt and safe manner at all times.
4. Available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.Our Staff and Drivers will provide 24/7 availability to our customers for airport passenger pick up and phone reservations.
5. Reservations & Cancellation PolicyResevation: We will allow the customer to hold a telephone reservation without payment until passenger transportation has been completed with a credit card on file. Cancellation Policy: We will cancel a reservation without penalty if the customer has notified us within 24 hours of their reservation or for any unforeseen travel problems such as cancelled flights due to poor weather or a missed connecting flight. The Customer will also have an option to reschedule their airport transportation at no additional cost, after they have received their new travel itinerary.
6. No hidden feesEach reservation will not have hidden fees. A flat rate will be given that includes luggage assistance, taxes, and parking. If the Customer feels they will save time in travel, the customer will have the option to request the Driver to take the Toll road E-470 with a $2 per gate fee that will be added to the fare.

7. Arriving in comfort and styleOur Staff commitment to our Customers is we will do everything possible to insure you will arrive in Comfort & Style. We will only use the latest models available and present a professional well groomed Driver for all occasions.

All interaction with our Customers will be polite and professional while displaying a common courtesy to customer service. Our Chauffeur staff will display knowledge of the Colorado region and current events in the area.
9. No per person charge for Limousine ServiceOur customers will not be charged a per person rate with the rental of our limousines for airport transportation. If the Customer is splitting the fare with a Co-workers or Travel Companions for the total amount we will provide a break down of charges for ease of payment. Please note: 10 passenger Shuttle service has a per passenger charge to keep cost down for the Customer.
10.Be more responsive to Our Guest the Customer Each Staff member will commit to enhancing their awareness to meet Customer satisfaction on the customers important day of travel to the Denver airport, Corporate Seminar, or Convention.
