American Scientific & Environmental Consulting has been servicing the Denver metro areas, as well as Northern Colorado since 1975. Initially started in Longmont, Colorado- we have expanded our service areas to help more clients with their overall health. We are a locally owned and operated, family run company now based out of Frederick, Colorado. We specialize in radon testing, radon mitigation, mold testing, mold abatement, as well as water remediation. Gregory Bickle, American Scientific & Environmental Consulting’s owner, had previously worked for the company since 2008, and had the opportunity to take ownership in February 2017.  After initially finding out about what radon and mold are, and how they can affect everyone daily, he has thoroughly enjoyed this line of work, and ensuring the health and safety of others. Gregory was raised to work hard and to perform every task to the best of his ability. This trait has been passed on to the company, as we guarantee our radon systems for the life of the home, and for our systems to ensure healthy radon levels according to the EPA (environmental protection agency.) Our main concern is helping our clients live in a healthier environment by educating ourselves and those around us on the effects of radon and mold, as well as using only the highest-grade materials on every job. Did you know radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer, and mold can cause multiple illnesses/side effects such as: runny nose, headaches, fatigue, memory loss, and hyper-sensitive pneumonia. We highly recommend that each homeowner test if they worry or are affected by any mold symptoms. Radon testing, as well as mold testing, are both fairly easy to conduct, as well as fairly cheap. With that being said, our second main concern is offering our services to everyone who needs them regardless of cost. We offer payment plans, as well as accepting multiple forms of payment (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, cash, or checks.) We know how special it is to be able to own a home, and how nerve-wracking it can be to trust someone with the appearance and quality of work completed there. Not only do we allow homeowners to help us specialize each job, we ask that they are present every step of the way. Not only do we provide over the phone consultations, but suggest a free, in-person estimate to be done before the work is begun. Gregory enjoys getting to know his clients, and enjoys the thought of leaving each home a healthier space than it was before. He holds the highest level of certification for radon and mold and is fully insured.
