Nancy has lived in Colorado since 1981. She moved here form Grand Rapids,Michigan,where she owned and managed over 20 properties.She moved to Colorado & worked for Mountain Bell,then A.T &T. for 15 years. Her skills in sales and ethics within A.T.& T. earned her the position of sales training manager and travelled all over the country to train new sales people within the company.She left that position to have the first baby of the year in 1990!

While she raised her first son she also got her license in Real Estate and her career took off!She was a top producer for numerous years with Century 21. She is married, now has 2 boys,and lives in Erie.She has served on ESAP,the Erie planning committee to make her hometown a great place to live.She worked persoannaly with the deleveloper of Arapahoe Ridge, and has studied the layouts of many communities to ensure the right amout of diversity to make it a wonderful place to live. She loves watching her 11 year old play football at Erie Middle School. She is the Arapahoe Ridge Neighborhood Realtor working hard in her community. She has served on the HOA board,been the Easter Bunny for her 14th year this coming year,hung the neighborhood Christmas lights,helped with Memorial Day Opening pool parties and more.

She has an Art and Interior Design degree and uses it to sell her listings faster and help her sellers reap the profits of a a well planned floor plan and model home look. She takes personal care to ensure your home will look its best.She also sits on the L.A.D.(Louisville Arts District) board and hopes to watch Erie grow with grace as it becomes a wonderful place to play and work in Erie.

In helping Buyers she is willing to go almost anywhere,and do what it takes to find her clients the best suited home for them. She looks for a long term relationship with her clients and feels that if she does it 'right the first time' they will always be a repeat customer! Buying 'smart' is a skill!

She offices out of 920 Main St. in Louisville. She and her business partner own 'By Chance Shoppe' a retail store on Main Street in Louisville where she was a Main street realtor with Century 21. She has been out on her own as an Independant Realtor for about 5 years and recently took on her first agent to be employed under her.

The other part of her 'family' is her assistant is Rachel Cook, she is friendly, helpful and is the 'go to girl' for just about everything the office needs. We love her!
