At Carve, we only source meats of the highest quality that have been humanely raised. Our seasonal menu items are based on what is "seasonal" fresh and from the local community. We strongly believe in supporting the local and family-owned businesses in our community.

If you are planning a party or business meeting, we fulfill large takeout orders or we can do all of the catering!

We accept all cash, company checks, major credit cards and bitcoin as well. Tax and delivery charges are based on the order size, delivery location, and requested time of delivery. Let us know if you need any plates, napkins, or utensils and we will provide them to you upon request. Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of scheduled delivery - or fees may apply.
