We buy houses in Denver and surrounding areas for cash in any condition.  We also allow homeowners move out of their house on the day of their choice.  We can buy your house quickly or several months later.  Once we sign a contract though, we're committed to purchasing it since we don't have any inspection or financing contingencies.  

Once we acquire the property, we rehab it with our crews to turn the property back to pristine condition.  If the homeowner desires, we will allow them to view the property throughout the process.

Andrew grew up on a farm in Northwest Iowa, where he had first-hand experience learning the value of hard and honest work. Andrew has both a civil engineering and finance background. Now, he brings his values and experiences to real estate in Denver.  Andrew is passionate about helping homeowners and improving Denver neighborhoods.  He and his wife live in the Curtis Park neighborhood of Denver with their newborn daughter, Annie.
