Big Hoss Bar-B-Q (BBQ) in Denver, Colorado offers award winning pit and grill barbeque!  We slow cook all our meats to perfection.  Our ribs cook a minimum of six hours, and the pork and brisket sometimes take as much as a day to prepare!  We pit cook our meat the old fashioned way, using direct heat over lump hardwoods just like the neighborhood shops do in Kansas City, Memphis, Texas and the Carolinas.  We take special pride in our food and want to give you a barbecue contest in every bite!  Stop in and enjoy some Big Hoss Bar-B-Q today!  Located at 41st and Tennyson just minutes from i70 and on old Tennyson. Big Hoss BBQ serves Wings, cheese nips, BBQ nachos, sausages, fried pickles shepherd's pie, every sort or chili cheese fries as well as signature sandwiches, burgers and pit & grill selections.  Big Hoss offers catering for all types of events in Denver - rehearsal dinners, weddings, graduations, personal family events, or even just an afternoon picnic. We will bring a traveling 13 foot long BBQ pit to your party! We like to call it our traveling smokehouse. We have served as little as 20 people and as many as 220.
