We are a full-service building inspection company with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction, design, installation and service.
Chuck Melocco holds a Class A Mechanical Contracting license for Colorado he obtained in 1974. He has operated a plumbing, heating and air conditioning business for more than 20 years. He also holds a City of Denver Refrigeration Supervisors license. During the 20 years Chuck operated his business, he has worked with countless architects, facility managers, building owners and homeowners. He has evaluated and inspected thousands of existing homes, office complexes, restaurants, medical facilities, schools and commercial buildings. Chuck started his inspection business in 1995, after completing some additional training with ITA (Inspection Training Associates). His educational background, combined with his hands-on experience, ensures clients receive the most thorough, professional building inspections available with support for maintenance, remodel, and/or new construction projects.

Inspect Services provides the following services: new and existing home inspection, commercial inspection, energy audits, radon testing, refrigeration, and equipment evaluation.
