Chevabchichi. Croatian speciality, ground beef tenderloin with paprika, curry and spices. Served with our housemade Tartar sauce and French fries.

Curry Pork "Herman Hesse". Tender pork pieces sauteed with curry and served on a bed of rice and stir-fry vegetables.

Duck Spaetzle. Succulent pieces of duck meat sauteed with wild mushrooms, spaetzle and served with shavings of parmesan.

Penne with Grilled Chicken breast and mushrooms drizzled with a gorgonzola cream sauce.

Kaz Spaetzle. Spaetzle sauteed with onions, bacon, mushrooms, and parmesan cheese (may be ordered without bacon).

Schnitzel Strips. Pork Schnitzel strips served with homemade tarter sauce and French fries.

Babi's Brats. Grilled Bratwurst and Knackwurst served with Dijon mustard and an artisan roll or Sauerkraut.

Just a Bratwurst or a Knackwurst with Sauerkraut or an artisian roll.

Poulet au Citron. Chicken breast sauteed in olive oil and garlic. Served with lemon slices, balsamic reduction, polenta cake and seasonal vegetables.

Red Snapper pan sauteed, served with Pine nuts, citrus-wine broth on a bed of rice. Garnished with arugula mixed greens.

Wild Pacific Salmon with herbs. Pan - seared salmon topped with herb marinade, and served with wild rice and fresh vegetables.

Smoked Chicken Spaezle with mushrooms.

Traditional Hungarian pork Gulasch. Served with spaetzle.

Praha Angus Beef Burger. Beef patty topped with mushrooms and American cheese. Served on a Kaiser roll with lettuce/tomato garnish and French fries.

Chois de Maison. Succulent boneless pork chop marinated in Dijon mustard and caraway seed. Sauteed and served with potatoes Lyonnaise and red cabbage.

Baked Cheese Polenta topped with a mushroom tomato ragout.

Three Cheese Polenta with Smoked Chicken and Mushrooms.
