Will Construction is a well known residential custom home building contractor serving Durango, Colorado and the surrounding area. We are truly a custom builder in the fact that every project we build is tailored to its individual owners. Although we will occasionally take on a remodel or addition, our main focus is custom home building.

We build both conventional frame homes and log homes. Typically we are involved with the entire process from design through completion. We are proud of the fact that we have never built the same house twice. While we are happy to work with many local Architects and designers, we are also proud to be able to offer in house design services to our clients. By allowing us to be part of the design team as well as the builder, we are better able to control costs up front by eliminating many potential problems before construction even begins. At Will Construction, we believe that homebuilding should be an enjoyable process for everyone involved, especially our clients. In order to provide our clients with the level of service and individual attention we feel they deserve, we are careful not to take on too much work. Typically we will build no more than two or three houses at the same time. This allows our owner, Kurt Will, to be personally involved and on the job site almost every day. Even when not on the site, Kurt is never far away. Communication is a vital part of the process and we use every resource and technology available to us. Through the use of digital pictures and e-mail, even our out of town clients feel like they are here. Kurt believes that this kind of attention is necessary in order to provide the high level of service and quality work our customers deserve.
