Week of November 21, 2010 - Christ the King
Our annual THANKSGIVING DAY MASS on November 25th, 9:00 A.M., will include what has become a tradition at All Souls. You may bring your dinner bread and beverage for a blessing at that Mass. Also, anyone who wishes will have the opportunity to speak (VERY BRIEFLY) about something you are thankful for in your lives. Get thinking!
ADVENT VESPERS (The Liturgy of the Hours Evening Prayer) is coming December 5, 5:30 P.M., in the church. Mark your calendar now to be a part of this Advent tradition. Following Vespers is a pot luck supper in Jaeger Hall. Please bring a dish to share.
SENIOR CHRISTMAS LUNCHEON: All seniors of the parish are invited to attend the annual Altar & Rosary Christmas Luncheon on Wednesday, December 1 in the school cafeteria. Rosary begins at 11:40 A.M. followed by Mass at noon. Then come to the cafeteria for delicious food, delightful entertainment and door prizes. There is no charge. Please RSVP to the church office (303-789-0007) before 11/25. The theme of the day is “toys.” Altar & Rosary will be collecting new, unwrapped toys at the luncheon to be given to children in need. Your donations are appreciated.
ALTAR & ROSARY “KRIS KRINGLE KRAFT FAIR & BAKE SALE” will be December 4 & 5 after all the Masses. Come to Jaeger Hall after the 4:30 Mass on Saturday, and to the cafeteria after the Sunday Masses for all sorts of homemade goodies.
